1. Where are your products made?
We work with an international printer. This allows us to make products for you in your region, which reduces shipping costs, duties and our carbon footprint. Our printing partner has state-of-the-art printing facilities in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Spain, Latvia, Japan and Brazil.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually, 3 to 5 days. Some international orders can take longer. We ship from the nearest printing facility that has stock, which reduces the shipping time as well as costs.
3. How much is shipping?
Rates are calculated at checkout.
4. What is your returns policy?
If you have any problem with an order, please contact us at panclassics@fastmail.com and we will resolve the issue. If your item is damaged in transit, we will either replace it or refund you in full.

6. What about sustainability?
We only make what you order. This avoids paper and textile waste from overproduction. Our printing partner also has advanced technology that uses less energy than standard printing and creates almost no wastewater.
7. What does "Floreat emptor" mean?
Our Latin motto means, "May the buyer flourish". We hope all our customers get pleasure and fulfilment from our products.
